Point of View, Elements of Style, and Inference

2007 This third in a series of four regional
seminars focused on point of view, one of the areas of
need reflected in 2005-06 benchmark test scores. WIN
Director Ellen James got the day started with a welcome, a
reminder of the Learning Initiative Award (LIA), an
announcement that Ruth Culham (SIX TRAITS OF WRITING)
will be presenting at the Fall Writing Conference, and news
that mid-year budget cuts mean that no notebooks of
supplemental materials can be provided but
that the seminars and site visits will continue.
